It's a surreal and unique burden of religious discipline which is expected by some, of Tibetans, that they maintain a strict adherence to Buddhist principles of non-violence, despite the harrowing realities of occupation by communist China. It is the right of Tibetans to determine the nature and course of their struggle for national liberation.
