I think you are having a great quality as a knowleged and active person to democaratize the tibetan system in a miningful way. Though i do think h.h.kuduen does unite tibetans alot and he has been our strong backbone(spine)for both the tibans and our exiled govermental organization on which basis we have today the chance to talk about demoncrazy for tibetans and how to fight back the chines regime ets... Have you read the the book of baba puenwang"the history of modern tibet"?how authentic do you find his letters to Hu jintao? He writes that the autonomy stutus for tibetans is within the origen idea of chmunist socalled liberation.What he writes sound like what h.h. kuduen demands from P.R.C.
